Fundamental:
This level focuses on building speed, endurance, and power. We also focus on incorporating all the elements we have learned so far into the capoeira game, to have a more engaged conversation with your partner.
In this part of the program, we work our firepower: speed and strength together.

• Basic capoeira flow
• Basic attacks and defenses
• Basic acrobatic moves
• How to move with your partner
• Basic capoeira sequences
The emphasis of this program is to build your capoeira vocabulary to improve your game. We review the basic ideas we learned in the Intro Program, to make these elements become second nature, and learn new elements and moves.
