How do I participate in the capoeira program?

Soon I will send you a special invitation. The program is only for people that are really interested in making a change in their life. Instead of letting people start at any time, I work with a select group of people at a time, people who I see will benefit most from my program.

Our program is designed for new students to learn capoeira and take advantages of all capoeira’s benefits!

Before we start, I put together some of my favorite workouts to share with you. You can get excited for our program and start preparing your body to feel more comfortable in the movements.

The best part is, you don't need space or equipment to do this. I hope you enjoy!

Video 2: Prepare for the handstand

The handstand is a cool acrobatic move. It's one of my favorite moves and one of the bases in capoeira. It is great to develop arm and core strength; it helps with balance, and even with your confidence!

In this video, I give you tips to help prepare your body to train for handstand.
