Event Overview
We can arrive in Trinidad on either Saturday or Sunday. These two days will be dedicated to relaxation on the beach, with the event officially starting on Monday. We will stay in Trinidad until Thursday morning, then head to Tobago to explore the other island, staying there until Sunday.
Event Options:
Option 1: Full event - Saturday, October 12th to Sunday, 20th
Option 2: Half event - Wednesday, October 16th to Sunday, 20th
Option 3: In Tobago - Friday, October 18th to Sunday, 20th

Berimbau and percussion classes

Daily Activities:
9am: Breakfast
10am: Group activity (training, city tour, beach visit, etc.)
1pm: Lunch and relaxation
5pm: Music or dance class followed by capoeira class
7pm: Roda
9pm: Dinner
Each day offers a different plan to train and explore the beautiful islands of Trinidad and Tobago. Saturday will feature a closing event with capoeira and a roda in Tobago. On Sunday, we will relax and then return to Trinidad to conclude the retreat.

Food
Enjoy a special menu with typical foods. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be prepared for us daily, for an extra cost of $40 per day ($30/day for those signing up for the half or full event). Payments can be transferred via Zelle to M. Cabeção.
Accommodation
We will stay together in the same location where the classes will take place. Housing costs vary: $20 per night in Trinidad and $60 per night in Tobago. Payments can be transferred via Zelle to M. Cabeção.
Transportation
Transportation costs will be around $10 per day for group activities and sightseeing. This does not include transportation to/from the airport.

Important Note
Please be aware that all costs are estimates and may vary slightly to accommodate everyone. The more participants we have, the lower the cost will be for each person. Once we have a confirmed number of attendees, we will be able to provide more accurate pricing.

If you are coming for the weekend only, you will need to fly directly to Tobago, as the full- and half-event participants will be arriving there on Thursday and we will not be able to arrange transportation from Trinidad.
