I love the way the classes are organized - Mestre Cabeção focuses on building the strength and conditioning foundations to perform all the capoeira moves. The classes are a great workout, and each week builds on the previous lessons, so it’s easy to track your progress and see how much you’re learning (and how much endurance and flexibility you’re gaining). He gives big picture instructions but also emphasizes details and technique, to improve your capoeira game’s effectiveness and expression. Highly recommend for all levels!
