Step by step

1- Ginga base + Knee raise + Straight leg raise + Cocorinha escape

Start in a Ginga position

Bring the leg that is on the back, bend your knee and bring high you can, bring your leg all the way to the back.

Now repeat the same movement with a ponteira (the straight leg kick) Again bring your leg all the way to the back.

2 - Plank + One leg raise + 3 legged dog + hip opener + Ponte (bridge)

Start in a plank position, hold this position and lift one leg from the floor. Reach your pelvis up toward the ceiling
