WHAT IS THE INTRO PROGRAM?
In the intro program, you will learn basic capoeira flow, attacks, and defenses, along with moves to increase strength and flexibility.
This program is focused on developing the 4 basics of capoeira: ginga, escapes, attacks, and acrobatics. We focus on 1) building strength and developing mobility, balance, and agility; 2) elements that will help students to play capoeira safely, like direction and distance; and 3) self expression!
If you are just finishing your first month, that means you are two months away from completing the intro program and being able to join the fundamental program!
