Intro Program Trial for new students
Our intro capoeira program is 3 months.
In the intro program, you will learn basic capoeira flow, attacks, and defenses, along with moves to increase strength and flexibility.
This program is focused on developing the 4 basics of capoeira: ginga, escapes, attacks, and acrobatics. We focus on 1) building strength and developing mobility, balance, and agility; 2) elements that will help students to play capoeira safely, like direction and distance; and 3) self expression!
